We pass through the state of Oregon, enter California and ride the Avenue of the Giants. In Bodega Bay we're looking for winged attackers at the old Potter School House; Alfred Hitchcock couldn't have found a more suitable place for his 1963 movie "The Birds". A little further south San Francisco and Golden Gate Bridge are waiting. Then another tidbit lures around the corner - our epic ride down Highway 1 along the breathtaking coastline of  Big Sur which leads us to the Central Coast and into Southern California. Los Angeles is our last stop before we take ourselves on a quest for the wave: Southern California's beach towns are waiting and it's time to show off your surfing skills in Surf City USA, Huntington Beach. Not too far down the road we reach San Diego as the southernmost destination of our U.S. West Coast tour before we conclude our journey back in Los Angeles.
