After leaving Las Vegas behind we find ourselves meandering up the banks of Lake Mead en route to Kanab. As we leave the perimeter of the Kaibab Plateau just past Lake Jacob you'll get to see and travel northern Arizona's most beautiful and scenic area, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument.

 

In Page you'll have the opportunity to experience the breathtaking rock formations of Antelope Canyon after which we zigzag across Navajo Nation to the amazingly picturesque setting of Canyon de Chelly.

Next on our list we reach the beautiful artsy town of Sedona and via super scenic Hwy 89 we get to Lake Havasu. The remote desert town Borrego Springs is our last stop before we dive into Mexico on local scenic back roads – say hello to Tacos, Coronas, Enchiladas and pure Mexican feel for two days. A scenic coastal ride brings us to our final destination San Diego.

Into the desert – our brand new 2019 tour takes a break from the mountains and leads us through the states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona, California and even into a different country - the northern part of Mexico, more specific Baja.

Desert solitude, red sands and cliff dwellings, plateaus and canyons await us on this fantastic ride through the southwestern part of the U.S.

WHAT TO EXPECT

FOUR STATES / TWO COUNTRIES

While travelling through the states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona and California you will have the opportunity to visit the awe inspiring rock formations of Antelope Canyon and Canyon de Chelly. You will overnight in the picturesque town of Sedona, AZ and cruise one of the most amazing stretches of the 1252 mile long Hwy 89 before heading into Mexico. The scenic factor on this tour is second to none as you can see in the displayed pictures on this page.

GREAT HOTELS

One reason why we pre-run every tour at least twice is the hotels that we hand pick for each new ride. We found some incredibly awesome places for you to overnight at. We'll get there after a great day's ride, check in and enjoy hanging out together - each hotel has it's own unique setting and the category ranges from historic landmark hotels and canyon lodges to boutique hotels. 

CORNERS, TURNS AND BENDS

The tour has a great amount of twisty roads as well as stretches of open road through Navajo Nation.

As always we'll avoid riding freeways as much as possible and have scouted plenty of scenic byways in all four states that will make your heart beat faster. The route is stunningly beautiful and takes you through unknown territory north and south of the Mexican border on roads only known to locals.

MEXICO

As the name of the tour reveals we're presenting you a taste of Mexico by riding into the northern part of Baja Mexico. If you like it we may design the next tour to run entirely through Mexico to incorporate the visit of Mayan ruins and more. Despite common popular belief it is safe to travel this part of the country

CANYON DE CHELLY

Canyon de Chelly National Monument is a vast park in northeastern Arizona, on Navajo tribal lands. Its prominent features include Spider Rock spire, about 800-feet tall, and towering sandstone cliffs surrounding a verdant canyon. Inhabited by several Native American peoples for millennia, the area is dotted with prehistoric rock art. The White House Ruins and Mummy Cave are remains of ancient Pueblo villages
